We hate returns, but they’re a necessary evil.
Sometimes customers return items without a return-slip! What do we do?
- Click “Orders”, then “Manage Returns”
- Click the “Sort” column, and make sure you’re looking back 40-90 days.
- Type in the TRACKING number that came on the shipment back to your warehouse.
